{Healthy, Low Calorie, Vegan, Gluten-Free} Bring a seasonal twist to your snack plates and appetizers with this super easy pumpkin hummus!

Pumpkin Hummus

This pumpkin hummus is a simple and easy way to shake up your hummus game for the holiday season! Made with only a handful of ingredients and with very little effort, it is a quick and colorful addition to your veggie platters, and it is a perfectly delicious way to snack while you’re waiting for those big holiday meals to cook. 🙂


Pumpkin Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz.) can chickpeas, drained, rinsed, and patted dry
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • ½ teaspoon ground sage
  • ½ teaspoon curry powder

Instructions

  1. Add everything to a food processor and blend until smooth.
