Orange and Grape Smoothie

Smoothies are a great opportunity to experiment with less common flavor combinations. If you miss the mark a little bit, at least you haven’t wasted a lot of time, effort, and food!

Luckily, this orange and grape smoothie is delicious, and makes use of an ingredient that is too often ignored in smoothie-making– frozen grapes!

With a sweet, fruity taste, creaminess from Greek yogurt, and a subtle hint of cardamom and cinnamon, this smoothie takes a slightly more unusual blend of flavors and turns them into a satisfying summer treat!


Orange and Grape Smoothie

Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup almond milk
  • ½ cup frozen grapes
  • 1 orange
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • dash of cardamom
  • sweetener to taste

Instructions

  1. Pour everything into a blender and process until smooth.

This recipe is vegan with the appropriate yogurt.
