Blueberries are the perfect antioxidant your body needs to rejuvenate from winter. Top it off with poppy seed dressing and you have yourself an amazingly flavorful salad. This is a great salad to take with you on the go, or whip together last minute.

This particular salad is great for your body, since quinoa is known to have many health benefits such as being rich in fiber and high in protein.
